- Post-agent effort per task
- Task volume / month
- Loaded hourly cost of the employees doing the task
- Monthly LLM + infra cost
- Net monthly value
- Payback period
- Decision quality vs. human benchmark
- HITL frequency trend
Reviewed quarterly. Agents below break-even for two consecutive quarters → retirement candidate.
