Owner: CoE Lead. Input: Approved stack chosen. Sub-steps:

  1. Create the central AI registry (Notion / Airtable / ServiceNow) with the schema in framework.md §15.1.
  2. Create the intake form (framework.md §12) — a Notion form / Airtable form / Microsoft Form / Google Form that anyone in the company can submit to.
  3. Wire the intake form so submissions create draft entries in the registry automatically.
  4. Publish the intake form internally with a short "how to request an AI agent" page.
  5. Set the expectation that every AI request — internal, vendor-feature, citizen-developer, exec-sponsored — goes through the intake form. No bypasses. Output / gate criteria: A working intake form linked from the company intranet / wiki. A registry that auto-populates from intake. Decision branches:
  • A senior person wants to "just build something quickly" without intake → walk it through the form on the spot. Make the intake fast (5–10 minutes), not bureaucratic. Skip-this-step risk: No single source of truth. Shadow AI by default.
